The Cave Gym Toowoomba is a community-focused, family‑owned facility dedicated to helping people of all ages and fitness levels feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Since opening in 2015, we’ve believed that everyone is an athlete in their own way. Our facility features top‑tier equipment from Hammer Strength, Gym80, Matrix, and Torque, with premium Italian brand Panatta joining our lineup in 2026/2027. You’ll also find an extensive dumbbell range (up to 100kg) and a fully equipped functional fitness area.
