Q: Can I bring my non member friends in after hours?
A: No, never. You must be a member with an access key to come in outside of staffed hours. We have a tailgating alarm and camera that senses when more than one person walks in per tag. A video screenshot of this footage goes straight to owners and management. The member who lets them will be contacted and can be fined $150.

Q: Are you open 24/7?
A: We are accessible to members with key fobs 24/7 - casual visits, bouldering, creche, recovery sessions and the supplement store are only available during staffed hours.

Q: What are your staffed hours?
A: Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 8:00pm

Friday - 8:30am to 7:00pm
Saturday - 8:30am to 4:00pm

Sunday - 10:00am to 2:00pm

Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: We really hope you stay with us, so if there is a concern or anything we can help with please don't hesitate to reach out. If you still wish to cancel our cancellation form can be found here.

Q: How are membership fees billed?
A: Membership fees are taken out fortnightly from the first Thursday after you sign up. You can request which day each fortnight you'd like your funds to be taken. If a payment fails a $14.95 dishonour fee is applied - this is applied by EZI Debit and cannot be refunded by The Cave Gym.

Q: How do I book classes?
A: Through the GymMaster App which can be downloaded here.
To login use the email listed on your membership and the password you created on sign up (default is your mobile number)

Q: What is the Gold Package?
A: It's an add-on package that can be added onto any standard or concession membership. This gives you access to Infrared Sauna, Group Fitness, Yoga & Pilates, Creche & Bouldering (Rock Climbing)

Q: How do I book Creche?
A: Through the GymMaster App which can be downloaded here.
To login use the email listed on your membership and the password you created on sign up (default is your mobile number) Book one slot per child.

Q: What age can my child start Creche?
A: 8 weeks old and vaccinated is the youngest.

Q: What do I do if my fob key is not working?
A: If your key isn’t working this is generally due to a problem with your payments or perhaps your prepaid membership has expired. Please see reception, contact us on 0432 632 015 during staffed hours, or message us on Facebook.  

Q: Are there discounts on Supplements for members?
A: Yes we have our Cave Sports Nutrition Points, all you have to do is sign up online or at reception to earn dollars back on all your in store and online purchases.

Q: What do I do if I have any other questions?
A: See reception during staffed hours. If you cannot, Message or
call us 0432 632 015, email or message us on Facebook (after hours Facebook message is best)

Q: What happens at the end of my contract (lock-in period)?
A: At the end of your contract your membership will continue. To cancel outside the contracted period there is no cancellation fee. We require a cancellation form to be completed and 30 days’ notice served.

Q: How do I check in?
A: Every Member must check in upon arrival to the gym, please either scan your fob - at the reception desk or front door or use the tablet at reception to use your mobile number to check in.

Q: How do I use the recovery room?
A: Easy as, no bookings required simply pay at reception during staffed hours and we will get you set up straight away. See pricing and more info here.

Q: How do I use the Sauna?
A: If it's included in your membership, (Gold, Platinum, Lifestyle memberships & all members who signed up before 01 June 2021) simply scan your tag outside the sauna room door and it will let you in 24/7. If it's not included you can upgrade your membership or pay for a one off use, simply see the team at reception during staffed hours.
