Class Name Class Description
Abs & Booty Abs & Booty uses weighted, banded and body weight exercises to focus on building your booty and sculpting those abs!
Balance & Stability Functional core & lower body strength. Increasing your balance and stability to help with the physical tasks of every day life, and/or sports performance.
Barbell Fitness Barbell Class, a class designed using only a barbell and body weight exercises targeting the whole body from upper to lower body. Circuit style using time on, time off ratio training.
Body Blast Body Weight Only Training - High Intensity Interval Training. A short 30 minute class to get your heart rate up and burn some calories!
Body Confidence (Ladies Only) A class designed by women for women. Targeting the glutes, legs and abs using both weighted and body weight exercises.
Boot Camp BootCamp! A full body circuit class that uses a variation of exercise stations. This class uses equipment and real-life implements e.g. a tyre, to mix between bodyweight, resistance training, cardio and weights This class is time based with Four (4) complete rounds and runs for approximately Forty-Five (45) Minutes.
Boxing Get a workout in while also learning proper boxing techniques and combos.
Bums & Guns Bums & Guns is a class for sculpting your booty and building those arms and shoulders using barbells, dumbbells and booty bands.
HIIT Boxing A cardio based partnered boxing class. This short snappy class is great for getting a sweat up and working that upper body. Gloves, Strike Pads and Inners Supplied.
CaveFit CaveFit is very similar to CrossFit and is designed to progressively overload compound exercises to increase your strength and power. There is also a daily workout (WOD) aimed to increase your heart rate with a range of functional fitness and core exercises.

Cave Power A weight based, timed class focused on full body, either circuit or station based depending on class numbers.
Cave Resistance A class utilising resistance bands, light weights and fitballs, with a full body focus. Suitable for beginners to advanced, exercises adapted to suit all participants.
Cave Strength Basic fundamental strength movements using the functional training equipment. Won’t have you gasping for oxygen as much some of our other classes, but will focus on building full body functional strength to help you with the physical tasks of everyday life. Thursdays Class is mostly lower body. Sundays Class is mostly upper body.
Cave Strong A class incorporating light weights focusing on a full body workout. Suitable for beginners to advanced, exercises adapted to suit all participants.
Cave Sweat A class incorporating a mix of light cardio exercises, light weights and body weighted exercises with a full body focus. Suitable for beginners to advanced, exercises adapted to suit all participants.
Cave Tone A weighted session focusing on full body toning suitable for all fitness levels.
Core & Quads Abs & Leg Dominant Workout Body Weight and Equipment Class, a great class to focus on leg strength and core stability.
Functional Fitness Functional Fitness is a full body workout that uses exercises to improve your body for day to day life.
Mat Pilates Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises Joseph Pilates developed to strengthen his own body as a young man. Pilates Mat work originated before the creation of any Pilates equipment or “machines” used in the practice today and includes over 500 exercises that can be practiced anywhere. Mat Pilates can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level, and it is even possible to practice modified Mat work in a chair.
Power Tabata Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Tabata is a group fitness class designed to suit all fitness levels. 9 exercises for 4 rounds, go at your own pace or choose to push your limits!! Each exercise is specifically picked to give the body a full workout.
Reformer Pilates Reformer Pilates is a whole body workout. It's designed to improve strength and boost flexibility, balance, posture and coordination. The reformer is a bed-like machine that moves back and forward and features functionalities (i.e. springs) to increase resistance as you workout. Each guided class features a series of coordinated and science-backed movements that improve strength while focusing on correct posture combined with breath work. To access this class, you MUST have a set of grip socks/Toesox to use. You can bring your own or purchase them in the CSN supplement store. (Add-On or Casual Membership Required)
Reformer Pilates (Virtual Kiosks) Customers simply show up and workout, with a choice of over 200 classes across 20 different styles. Classes are hosted by elite instructors or physiotherapists and vary in class lengths to suit your schedules. Reformer Pilates is a whole body workout. Yoga - Feel Good Friday Feel Good Friday on a Friday with a mix of classic Yoga poses and plenty of relaxation!
Yoga - Vinyasa Flow Vinyasa Flow is probably the style of class you think of when someone mentions yoga. It’s a medium to fast paced class, where you move through each pose as you inhale & exhale. It’s a fun style of yoga that not only gets you focusing on your breathe, but provides a great stretch at the same time!
Yoga - VinYin VinYin is a mix between ‘Vinyasa’ and ‘Yin’ yoga. Plainly speaking, you will be guided through a great mix of slow flows & breathe awareness, with the inclusion of some medium to fast paced Vinyasa flows. This class is very beginner friendly, and is a great mix of two different styles of yoga - perfect for those of you who want to give yoga a go and want a great stretch, but maybe haven’t tried it before or don’t consider yourself ‘flexible’
Yoga - Warm Slow Flow Warm slow flow is the perfect class for beginners to seasoned yogi’s. You can expect to be slowly guided through a range of physical postures, while bringing awareness to your breath. You don’t need to have any prior experience for this class, it is the perfect place to start! This class is also recommended for those of you who consider yourself ‘tight’ or ‘inflexible’ as the warm and slow pace of the class really allows your body to melt into the stretch.
Yoga - Wind Down Wednesday THE perfect mid week class. Come along, roll out a mat and rellaaxxxx. This is the Zen Dens most chilled class. The whole aim of this class is provide a safe space for you to really slowly move through some basic stretches, and enjoy the power of meditation. This class has been designed to help busy people slow down, breathe, and feel calm.
