Yoga & Pilates Timetable

  • Monday 5:15pm | Warm Slow Flow

    Description: Warm flow flow is the perfect class for beginners to seasoned yogi’s. You can expect to be slowly guided through a range of physical postures, while bringing awareness to your breath. You don’t need to have any prior experience for this class, it is the perfect place to start!This class is also recommended for those of you who consider yourself ‘tight’ or ‘inflexible’ as the warm and slow pace of the class really allows your body to melt into the stretch.

  • Tuesday 5:15am & 5:15pm | Mat Pilates (5:15am class is held in the Group Fitness Room)

    Description: Pilates is great, low impact way to tone & strengthen! Whether you are recovering from an injury, or simply heading to the gym for the first time in a long time, this class is for you! In pilates the focus is on correctly aligning your body through a range of specialised exercises to improve strength & muscle tone. You don’t need any previous experience to come along to this class - it’s recommended for all levels of ability!

  • Wednesday 5:15pm | Wind Down Wednesday

    Description: The perfect mid week class. Come along, roll out a matt and rellaaxxxx.

    This is the Zen Dens most chilled class (hence the lack of chillies). The whole aim of this class is provide a safe space for you to really slowly move through some basic stretches, and enjoy the power of meditation. This class has been designed to help busy people slow down, breathe, and feel calm.

  • Thursday 6:30am & 5:15pm | Mat Pilates (6:30am class is held in the Group Fitness Room)

    Description: Pilates is great, low impact way to tone & strengthen! Whether you are recovering from an injury, or simply heading to the gym for the first time in a long time, this class is for you! In pilates the focus is on correctly aligning your body through a range of specialised exercises to improve strength & muscle tone.   • Friday 5:15pm | Feel Good Friday

    Description: Come along and feel good on a Friday with a mix of classic Yoga poses and plenty of relaxation!

  • Sunday 10:30am | VinYin (Held in the Group Fitness Room)

    Description: VinYin is a mix between ‘Vinyasa’ and ‘Yin’ yoga. Plainly speaking, you will be guided through a great mix of slow flows & breathe awareness, with the inclusion of some medium to fast paced Vinyasa flows. This class is very beginner friendly, and is a great mix of two different styles of yoga - perfect for those of you who want to give yoga a go and want a great stretch, but maybe haven’t tried it before or don’t consider yourself ‘flexible’ 

  • Saturday 8:00am | Vinyasa Flow

    Description: Vinyasa Flow is probably the style of class you think of when someone mentions yoga. It’s a medium to fast paced class, where you move through each pose as you inhale & exhale. It’s a fun style of yoga that not only gets you focusing on your breathe, but provides a great stretch at the same time!
