After a serious motor vehicle accident I was told I would never return to sport, would walk in crutches or be in a wheelchair by age 40. I spent the next 5 years studying the work of PHD Physical Therapist Brent Bookbush and changed the way I moved, trained and lived. I'm now happier and healthier than when I was in my 20's and want to help others with similar goals.
