Q: Can I bring my non-member friends in after hours?
A: No, never. After-hours access is strictly for active members with their own key fob. Our tailgating alarm and camera system detects when more than one person enters per scan, and a screenshot is automatically sent to management. Members who allow others in may receive a $150 fine


Q: Are you open 24/7?
A: Members with key fobs can access the gym 24/7. Casual visits, bouldering, crèche, recovery sessions and the supplement store are available only during staffed hours


Q: What are your staffed hours?

A:

Monday–Thursday: 8:30am – 8:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 7:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am – 3:00pm


Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: We’d love to help if there’s something we can do to improve your experience — please reach out. If you still wish to cancel, you can complete our cancellation form here. Once this form is filled in, it will automatically be sent to management to process. Please allow up to 5 business days to process. Your notice period will start from the date the form is filled in however. Filling in this form is the only way to cancel your membership.


Q: How are membership fees billed?
A: Membership fees are debited weekly. You can select the day of week during the signup process. If a payment fails, a $14.95 dishonour fee is applied by the debit software — this fee cannot be refunded by The Cave Gym.


Q: How do I book classes?
A: Through The Cave Gym App which can be downloaded here.
Log in using the email on your membership and the password you created at sign‑up (default is your mobile number).


Q: How do I book Creche?

Q: What age can my child start Creche?
A: From 8 weeks old, provided they are vaccinated.


Q: What do I do if my fob key is not working?
A: This is usually due to a failed payment or an expired prepaid membership. Please see reception during staffed hours, call us on

Q: What do I do if I have any other questions?
A: Visit reception during staffed hours. If you can’t, you can call or text 0432 632 015, email info@thecavegym.com.au, or message us on Facebook.


Q: What happens at the end of my contract (lock-in period)?
A: Your membership will continue on a rolling basis. There is no cancellation fee once your contract period ends. To cancel, simply complete the cancellation form and provide 30 days notice. The form is available here.


Q: How do I check in?
A: All members must check in on arrival.

  • Outside staffed hours: scan your fob at the front door.
  • At all times: scan at the turnstiles to enter the facility.


Q: How do I use the recovery room?
A: No bookings needed. Simply pay at reception during staffed hours and we’ll set you up. Pricing and info can be found 
here.


Q: How do I use the Sauna?
A:

  • If sauna access is included in your membership or Add‑On, just scan your tag at the sauna door for 24/7 access.
  • If it’s not included, you can upgrade your membership or pay for a casual session at reception during staffed hours
